Motel 6 San Dimas, CA - Los Angeles

Let me start off by saying that my family & I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and I absolutely LOVE this motel 6. Specifically because of the customer service and also because of their rooms.Their staff is not only friendly but also highly skilled. Andrea always helps me out and always gives me 100.99% of her help. She's patient, and understanding with situations & is the absolute sweetest. She always greets everyone that comes in with a warm welcome & is extremely attentive and very helpful. If you're looking for something comfortable, affordable, and quiet. Then this is your place the rooms are spacious, nice, and cheap!! They're near almost everything: walmart, target, grocery stores, gas stations, freeways, bus stops, restaurants, fast food etc.

I first arrived at this location on the 12 th of February and l spoke with Alyandra and told her I had a reservation for today. She and Andrea were able to accommodate my request of having a second floor room. Both were very helpful and I did speak with Bob also and he as well was helpful.Upon entering into my room I do have to say I was very pleased of the cleanliness of my room and I am happy that you have a great housekeeping staff because they are doing a great job. I feel that your front office staff and your housekeeping staff should be commended for their professionalism in this establishment. Sincerely yours, Lynn Merrill

I wasn’t expecting to arrive at my destination as early as I did, but even so checking in was seemingly done an I was greeted with outstanding customer service by a gentleman Named Francis I believe his name was. He was very polite which made it pleasant to get settled in. He really got my attention when he asked me if I was from the area and if I would be interested in a couple restaurants that would be great for the evening. Upon listening off a few I heard before there was some that I was rather intrigued and had to go experience for my self. A boy was he spot on about the whole thing. I didn’t get a chance to thank him but I’m truly grateful he mentioned it. As it was a very perfect for my business pitch with my new clients as I wasn’t from the area.

I stayed here while visiting corporate in Los Angeles, and what stayed with me most wasn’t just the comfort of the room or the ease of the stay, but the living landscape surrounding the property. The grounds are beautifully mature and thoughtfully planted. Tall Canary Island pines and native Riparian Alders create a sense of calm, their soft canopies filtering the sunrise and gently muting the city as it rises along the nearby hills. Alive with seasonal texture, the trees invite you to look up and linger. Throughout the day, birds move constantly through the branches, small finches and songbirds hopping between trees, calling back and forth, feeding from both, turning the property into a quiet, functioning ecosystem rather than simply a metropolitan hotel. Mornings were especially grounding. Coffee in hand, listening to birdsong instead of traffic, watching sunlight move through needles and bare branches, it created a feeling of retreat. The hotel feels restorative rather than transitional. It’s rare for a business stay to feel this connected to place, and this property manages that effortlessly. The landscape isn’t decorative; it’s alive, intentional, and deeply calming. For travelers who notice details and appreciate a sense of natural rhythm woven into their stay, this hotel offers something genuinely special. A final note of appreciation to the staff, who were consistently welcoming, attentive, and thoughtful throughout my stay. Their presence added to the overall sense of ease on the property, allowing the landscape and atmosphere to speak for themselves. Being a completely last minute ditch decision to save myself from being in the dog house with my wife. I forgot to book rooms for the weekend but luckily she was able to make reservations prior to us getting there. The price was a little cheaper then all the other places we looked at and being they still had availability while the rest didn’t, I was a little nervous an a bit skeptical. But that was all thrown out the window as soon as we arrived an were checking into our room. There were a few employee’s standing around but a younger boy named Francis was extremely helpful and managed to get us into a room with little to no problems. Which made the whole process even better. As my wife always changes her mind about everything. Surprisingly he was able to keep her satisfied despite the issue of not getting a room on the bottom floor like she had requested. We had a great time alone in our little vacation retreat together

Great location, lot's of restaurants nearby. Although it's an older facility, it's a good place to stay. Continual upgrades will make it even better. The staff is great! Caden, Andrea and Monique were very nice and helpful. Housekeeping could spend a little more time cleaning and mopping the floors, but that's easily remedied. caden said he would work on that in the future. All in all, a great Motel 6 for an economical place to stay.

The rooms are well priced the area around is really convenient with all the stores and restaurants. It’s right next to the freeways. The facility itself is clean The rooms came well stocked with towels, and all the amenities that stated online and the best part about it was The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. the representatives at the front desks are all really kind and informative, especially their night people in particular was there night guys Francis He was very kind and friendly, and he had great customer service skills. We actually messed up our reservation and he was able to clear it up. Get us in a room and we had a wonderful stay. We ended up staying extra days and he took care of everything without a hitch. It was great not having to worry or feel like anxious about checking in or whether we can extend they took care of all of it for us. We got exactly the we wanted they even upgraded our room at no extra cost to us, which was so kind of them. We had a wonderful day. Thanks again. Motel 6 will be coming back very soon.

I always enjoy my stay at this motel 6. Specifically because of the customer service and also because of their rooms.Their staff is very welcoming, fast, and friendly.Pricing is reasonable. I always get helped by Andrea and always checks me in, in a timely matter she's extremely helpful and always ressolves any issues I come across when booking an extended stay. She's very patient, polite, and understanding. The rooms are spacious, and clean. It has its own washers, and dryers, vending machine, ice machine and is located near a lot of convenient places.
